Occupational Health Reports

One in four people suffer from a mental illness during their life and many people will face one during adulthood. Being able to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental illness early is vital, especially for the managers in an organisation. This would help them assist the employees early, hence improving the working environment and experience of the employees and avoiding long sickness absences.

At Oaktree Connect, we offer reports written by psychiatrists and psychologists for employees and employers. Our practitioners are experienced in full psychiatric, psychological and personality assessments to provide detailed reports. Once the report has been written, the clinician may recommend steps to improve your mental health, such as medication or different therapies. The reports include details of the following:

  • Condition & Prognosis report following psychiatric assessments
  • Treatment recommendations including medication, talking therapies, magnetic stimulation, Neuromodulation
  • Psychological & Psychometric assessments
  • Psychological therapies: Low & high intensity
  • Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, EMDR
  • Specialist counselling & Coaching

All of our assessments are conducted online and you will be able to choose the most convenient date and time for yourself. We work with an online pharmacy to prescribe medication and we can get in contact with your GP directly to make care more efficient.

We have three tiers of pricing depending on the complexity of the issues being assessed. Overall, the cost of the assessment and report begins at £525. If you have any queries about our pricing or which tier you need to be assessed for, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Psychological support & Rehabilitation

If the psychiatrist conducting the assessment thinks it necessary, they may refer you to a psychologist, therapist, or other organisation. The treatment they offer is related to issues you may face at work or to do with working specifically. If you have taken a long absence due to illness, you may feel stressed about returning to work. For this, we offer psychological support to help you cope with the stress better.

Since we offer all our psychological treatments, such as therapy, online, our psychologists may refer you to a third party organisation which will be able to offer services such as in person group therapy. The psychological and social support we offer or are able to refer you to is listed below:

  • Vocational rehabilitation
  • Back to Work Therapy Group
  • Wellbeing support and education
  • Pre-assignment mental health training for employees and their families

Organisational Services

Not only do we offer services for individual employees but we also offer training and coaching for managers and executives to help you spot symptoms of mental illness in employees and support them in the workplace. The aim of these services is not only to help just people with mental health issues but to make a less stressful workplace and more conducive working environment. Making changes in the management of an office can make a big difference in productivity and satisfaction of employees.

The mental health of managers and executives is as important as the mental health of employees so our organisational services involve advice for senior personnel in companies.

  • Advice regarding training for managers to recognise psychological issues early, manage the issues and support employees who suffer from these and understanding of their own ‘duty of care’
  • Executive coaching: for key people and senior managers in the organisation
  • Organisational consultancy: Help with departments underperforming due to dysfunctional interpersonal professional relationships and culture.
