As well as working at Oaktree Connect, Lisa is also the Clinical Lead of a large NHS Mental Health Service, where she oversees the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. She is a registered Independent Prescriber, enabling her to assess, diagnose, and prescribe treatment independently.  She is deeply passionate about improving access to accurate diagnosis, understanding, and support for individuals who are neurodiverse, and advocates for compassionate, inclusive approaches to mental health care.
